最初に確認すること

  1. App StoreでNote.mdとiOS / iPadOSを最新へ更新します。
  2. 編集中の文書をFilesへ保存し、必要なら別の場所にもバックアップします。
  3. アプリを終了して開き直します。
  4. 再現した操作、端末、OS、Note.mdのバージョンを記録します。

FreeとNote.md Pro

Freeでは、Markdownの閲覧・編集・保存・検索、Markdown・テキスト書き出し、既存画像・動画の表示と再生、前景での読み上げ、Finisherの診断と差分確認、Inbox、3文書までの文書メモ、1つの読むリスト、3件までの音声ノートを利用できます。

Proでは、写真またはFilesからの画像・動画・動画リンク追加、文書メモ・読むリスト・音声ノートの上限解除、バックグラウンド読み上げ、Finisherの変更適用、PDF・HTML書き出しを利用できます。

月額・年額プランは解約するまで自動更新されます。買い切りプランは一度の購入で自動更新されません。Proの期限が終了しても、作成済みの文書、メモ、読むリスト、音声ノート、追加済みメディアは削除・非表示にならず、引き続き閲覧、編集、コピー、共有、削除できます。新しいメディア追加やFree上限を超える新規作成にはProが必要です。

よくある確認

ファイルやフォルダを開けない

Homeの「ファイルを開く」または「フォルダ接続」から、Filesで対象を選び直してください。クラウド上にのみあるファイルは、Filesでダウンロード完了後に開きます。移動・改名後は、新しい場所から開き直してください。

画像・動画を追加できない

新しい画像・動画・動画リンクの追加はProです。先にMarkdownファイルを保存してから、編集ツールの媒体追加を開き、システムの写真ピッカーで画像または動画を選びます。Note.mdは写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスを要求せず、選択した項目だけをMarkdownと同じ階層の「文書名-assets」フォルダへコピーします。すでにMarkdownから参照されている画像・動画の表示と再生はFreeでも利用できます。

  • iCloud写真にのみある項目は、写真ピッカーで取得が完了するまで待ちます。
  • 同階層へ保存できない場合は、Homeの「フォルダ接続」からMarkdownの親フォルダを選び直します。
  • 文書を移動またはバックアップする時は、隣接するassetsフォルダも一緒に移動します。

動画を見ながら編集する

Markdownへ追加したローカル動画のリンクを開くと、アプリ内の固定プレーヤーで再生しながら本文を編集できます。YouTubeなどWeb上の動画は自動読込やサムネイル取得を行いません。リンクを明示的に開くと、YouTube等の外部アプリまたはSafariへ移動します。

録音・文字起こしを使えない

Freeでは3件まで保存でき、Proでは保存件数の上限がなくなります。既存の音声ノートは購入状態にかかわらず利用できます。「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ」でマイクと音声認識の権限を確認します。初回は言語モデルの取得が完了するまでネットワーク接続が必要な場合があります。文字起こしを利用できない場合でも、録音が保存されているか確認してください。

読み上げが続かない

前景での読み上げはFreeで利用できます。画面ロック中・バックグラウンドの継続とロック画面／イヤホン操作はProです。端末の音量、出力先、他の音声アプリも確認してください。

購入を復元する

  1. 購入時と同じApple Accountを端末で使用していることを確認します。
  2. ホームの「Note.md Pro」カード、または「その他 > Note.md Pro」を開きます。「設定 > Note.md Pro」からも開けます。
  3. 「購入を復元」を押します。
  4. 反映されない場合は、App Storeへ接続できる状態で再試行します。

月額・年額プランの確認、変更、解約はApple Accountのサブスクリプション管理から行えます。解約後も支払済み期間の終了まではProを利用できます。買い切りプランに更新や解約はありません。

請求・返金はAppleの問題を報告を利用してください。

データを削除・バックアップする

文書と「文書名-assets」フォルダはFilesの保存先で管理します。Inbox、読むリスト、文書メモ、音声ノートは各画面から削除できます。アプリ削除前に、必要な文書、assetsフォルダ、録音を書き出し・バックアップしてください。

メールに含める情報

  • 端末モデル、iOS / iPadOS、Note.mdのバージョン
  • 問題が起きるまでの操作
  • 表示されたエラー文
  • 購入関連の場合は購入日時（領収書全文やApple Accountのパスワードは送らないでください）

文書本文、録音、個人情報、機密情報は添付しないでください。

Start here

  1. Update Note.md and iOS or iPadOS.
  2. Save the document you are editing to Files and keep another backup if needed.
  3. Quit and reopen the app.
  4. Record the steps, device, OS, and Note.md version.

Free and Note.md Pro

Free includes reading, editing, saving, and searching Markdown; Markdown and plain-text export; viewing existing images and playing video; foreground Read Aloud; Finisher diagnostics and diff review; Inbox; notes for up to three documents; one reading list; and up to three Voice Notes.

Pro adds inserting images, video, and video links from Photos or Files; unlimited document notes, reading lists, and Voice Notes; background Read Aloud; applying Finisher changes; and PDF/HTML export.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew. If Pro expires, existing documents, notes, reading lists, Voice Notes, and inserted media are not deleted or hidden. You can continue to view, edit, copy, share, and delete them. Pro is required only for new media insertion or new creation beyond the Free limits.

Common checks

A file or folder will not open

Choose it again from Home > Open File or Connect Folder. If a cloud file has not downloaded, download it in Files first. After moving or renaming it, reopen it from the new location.

An image or video cannot be inserted

Inserting a new image, video, or video link requires Pro. Save the Markdown file first, open the media insertion control in the editing tools, and choose an image or video in the system Photos picker. Note.md does not request access to the full Photo Library. It copies only the selected item into a <document name>-assets folder beside the Markdown file. Viewing images and playing video already referenced by Markdown remain available in Free.

  • For an item stored only in iCloud Photos, wait for the Photos picker to finish retrieving it.
  • If the app cannot write beside the document, use Home > Connect Folder to select the Markdown file’s parent folder again.
  • Move or back up the adjacent assets folder together with its document.

Edit while watching a video

Open the relative link for a local video added to Markdown to play it in the pinned in-app player while editing. Note.md does not automatically load web videos such as YouTube or fetch their thumbnails. Explicitly opening a web-video link switches to an external app such as YouTube or to Safari.

Recording or transcription is unavailable

Free saves up to three Voice Notes, while Pro removes the saved-note limit. Existing Voice Notes remain available regardless of purchase status. Check Microphone and Speech Recognition under Settings > Privacy & Security. A network connection may be required while the selected-language model downloads the first time. If transcription is unavailable, confirm whether the audio recording was still saved.

Read Aloud does not continue

Foreground Read Aloud is included with Free. Continuing while locked or in the background, plus Lock Screen and headphone controls, requires Pro. Also check volume, audio output, and other audio apps.

Restore a purchase

  1. Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
  2. Open the Note.md Pro card on Home, or choose More > Note.md Pro. Settings > Note.md Pro also works.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. If it does not update, connect to the App Store and try again.

View, change, or cancel monthly and annual plans in Apple Account subscription management. After cancellation, Pro remains available until the paid period ends. The lifetime plan has no renewal or cancellation.

For billing or refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

Delete or back up data

Manage documents and their <document name>-assets folders in Files. Delete Inbox items, reading lists, document notes, and Voice Notes from their respective screens. Export and back up the documents, assets folders, and recordings you need before removing the app.

What to include in an email

  • Device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and Note.md version
  • Steps leading to the problem
  • The exact error message
  • For a purchase issue, the purchase date (never send your Apple Account password or a full receipt)

Do not attach document text, recordings, personal information, or confidential information.
