Note.md 利用規約
本規約は、Note.md（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約およびAppleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約に同意したものとします。両者が抵触する場合は、適用法令とAppleの条件が優先されます。
1. 利用許諾
利用者は、自身が管理する対応Apple端末で本アプリを個人的または業務上の目的に使用できます。本アプリまたはその一部を、不正に複製、解析、再配布、販売してはなりません。ただし適用法令で認められる場合を除きます。
2. 文書とバックアップ
利用者は、本アプリで開く・作成する文書、画像、動画、録音、文字起こし、外部リンクその他の内容について必要な権利を持ち、法令に従って利用する責任を負います。写真ピッカーから追加した媒体はMarkdownと同じ階層の「文書名-assets」フォルダへコピーされます。重要な文書はこのフォルダと一緒にFilesまたは任意の保存先へバックアップしてください。本アプリはバックアップサービスではありません。
3. FreeとNote.md Pro
Freeでは、Markdownの閲覧・編集・保存、検索、Inbox、既存の画像・動画の表示と再生、前景での読み上げ、1つの読むリスト、3文書までの文書メモ、保存済み音声ノート3件、Finisherの候補・差分確認、Markdown・テキスト書き出しを利用できます。
Note.md Proでは、写真・Filesからの画像・動画追加、動画リンク挿入、バックグラウンド／画面ロック中の読み上げ、ロック画面・イヤホン操作、文書メモ・音声ノート・読むリストの上限解除、Finisherの変更適用、PDF・HTML書き出しを利用できます。
4. Proの購入
- ProはAppleのApp Storeを通じて、月額500円または年額3,900円の自動更新サブスクリプションと、7,800円の非消耗型買い切りで提供します。価格は日本のApp Storeでの設定予定額であり、国・地域、税、Appleの価格改定等により異なる場合があります。実際に適用されるプランと価格は、購入確認画面の表示が優先されます。
- サブスクリプションの代金は購入確認時にApple Accountへ請求され、現在の期間が終了する24時間以上前に解約されない限り自動更新されます。更新時の請求は、期間終了前24時間以内に行われます。
- サブスクリプションの確認・変更・解約は、端末のApple Accountのサブスクリプション管理画面から行えます。解約後も支払済み期間の終了まではProを利用できます。
- 買い切りは自動更新されません。対応OS、App Storeの提供条件、本アプリの継続提供とは別のものであり、将来にわたる永久的な動作やサポートを保証するものではありません。
- 同じApple Accountでは、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から利用権を確認できます。
- 返金はAppleの方針と手続きに従います。開発者がApp Store決済を直接返金することはできません。
- Proの期限が終了しても、作成済みの文書、挿入済みの画像・動画・動画リンク、メモ、読むリスト、音声ノートは削除されず、閲覧、編集、コピー、共有、利用者による削除ができます。
5. 機能と提供
OS、端末、言語、権限、Appleが提供するフレームワークの状態により、一部機能を利用できない場合があります。安全性、互換性、法令対応のため、機能や対応環境を更新・変更する場合があります。本規約は将来にわたる永久的な提供またはサポートを保証するものではありません。
YouTubeなど外部の動画リンクは本アプリ内へ埋め込まず、利用者が明示的に開くと外部アプリまたはSafariへ移動します。リンク先の内容、可用性、広告、データ処理、利用条件には、各サービス提供者の方針が適用されます。
6. 保証と責任
本アプリは、適用法令で認められる範囲で現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、特定目的への適合性、完全な無停止・無誤動作を保証しません。開発者の故意または重過失、その他適用法令上制限できない責任を除き、利用または利用不能から生じる間接的損害について責任を負いません。消費者としての法定権利は制限されません。
7. 規約変更・準拠法・問い合わせ
機能または法令の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページまたは更新情報で案内します。本規約は、強行法規に反しない範囲で日本法に準拠します。

Note.md Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Note.md (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Applicable law and Apple’s terms control where they conflict.
1. License
You may use the App on compatible Apple devices you control for personal or business purposes. You may not unlawfully copy, analyze, redistribute, or sell the App or any part of it, except where applicable law permits.
2. Content and backups
You are responsible for having the rights needed for documents, images, videos, recordings, transcripts, external links, and other content you use, and for complying with applicable law. Media added from the Photos picker is copied into a <document name>-assets folder beside the Markdown file. Back up important documents together with that folder to Files or another location you control. The App is not a backup service.
3. Free and Note.md Pro
Free includes reading, editing, and saving Markdown; search and Inbox; viewing existing images and playing video; foreground Read Aloud; one reading list; document notes for up to three documents; up to three saved Voice Notes; reviewing Finisher suggestions and diffs; and Markdown or plain-text export.
Note.md Pro adds inserting images and video from Photos or Files; inserting video links; background and Lock Screen playback; headphone controls; unlimited document notes, Voice Notes, and reading lists; applying Finisher changes; and PDF/HTML export.
4. Pro purchase
- Pro is available through Apple’s App Store as a ¥500 monthly or ¥3,900 annual auto-renewable subscription and as a ¥7,800 non-consumable lifetime purchase. These are the intended prices for the Japan storefront; prices may differ by country or region, tax, or Apple pricing changes. The plans and prices shown on the purchase confirmation screen control.
- Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the end of that period.
- You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your device’s Apple Account subscription settings. After cancellation, Pro remains available until the paid period ends.
- The lifetime purchase does not auto-renew. It is separate from supported operating systems, App Store availability, and continued operation of the App, and does not guarantee perpetual operation or support.
- Use Restore Purchases in the App to check the entitlement with the same Apple Account.
- Refunds follow Apple’s policies and process. The developer cannot directly refund an App Store transaction.
- When Pro expires, existing documents, inserted images, video, and video links, notes, reading lists, and Voice Notes are not deleted and remain available to view, edit, copy, share, and delete.
5. Features and availability
Some features may be unavailable depending on the OS, device, language, permissions, or Apple-provided frameworks. Features and supported environments may change for safety, compatibility, or legal compliance. These terms do not promise perpetual availability or support.
Web-video links such as YouTube are not embedded in the App. Explicitly opening one switches to an external app or Safari. The destination provider’s terms and policies govern its content, availability, advertising, and data processing.
6. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as is without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for indirect loss resulting from use or inability to use the App, except for liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
7. Changes, law, and contact
These terms may be updated as features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be described on this page or in update information. Japanese law governs to the extent it does not override mandatory protections that apply to you.
