Note.md プライバシーポリシー
Note.mdは、Markdown、テキスト、利用者が選択した画像・動画を端末中心で扱うiPhone・iPadアプリです。アカウント登録は不要です。文書、画像、動画、録音、文字起こし、文書メモを、開発者のサーバーや外部解析サービスへ送信しません。
1. アプリが扱うデータ

2. 収集・追跡・広告
Note.mdは、広告SDK、第三者分析SDK、行動追跡SDKを含みません。開発者は、アプリを通じて個人情報、文書内容、画像、動画、録音、文字起こし、利用履歴を収集しません。広告を表示せず、データを第三者へ販売しません。
3. 通信が発生する場合
- Proの商品情報、購入、購入の復元では、StoreKitを通じてAppleと通信します。
- 録音・文字起こしの初回利用時などに、選択した言語のモデルをAppleから取得する場合があります。
- iCloud写真にのみ保存されている画像・動画を選ぶと、システムの写真ピッカーがAppleのサービスから項目を取得する場合があります。開発者はその通信内容を受け取りません。
- MarkdownプレビューはWeb上の画像や動画サムネイルを自動取得せず、YouTube等の外部動画をアプリ内へ埋め込みません。利用者がリンクを明示的に開くと、YouTube等の外部アプリまたはSafariへ移動し、遷移先へ通信します。
- 利用者がサポートメールを送信すると、メールサービス提供者と開発者がその内容を受け取ります。アプリから自動送信はしません。
Appleや遷移先Webサイトによるデータ処理には、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 権限
- マイク: 録音に使用します。
- 音声認識: 対応環境で文字起こしに使用します。
- Files: 利用者が選んだ文書やフォルダを開く・保存するために使用します。
- 写真ピッカー: 利用者が明示的に選んだ画像・動画だけを取り込むために使用します。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権は要求しません。
権限を拒否しても、権限を必要としない他の機能は利用できます。権限はiOS / iPadOSの設定から変更できます。
5. 保存期間と削除
端末内データは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するか、アプリを削除するまで保持されます。Filesへ保存した文書と隣接する「文書名-assets」フォルダは、アプリを削除しても残る場合があり、Filesで個別に削除してください。重要な文書はassetsフォルダと一緒に任意の場所へバックアップしてください。
6. 子どものプライバシー
Note.mdは子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
7. 変更と問い合わせ
機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、このページまたはアプリの更新情報で案内します。

Note.md Privacy Policy
Note.md is an iPhone and iPad app that keeps Markdown, text, and user-selected images and videos centered on your device. No account is required. Documents, images, videos, recordings, transcripts, and document notes are not sent to the developer’s servers or to an external analysis service.
1. Data handled by the app

2. Collection, tracking, and advertising
Note.md contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or behavioral tracking SDKs. The developer does not collect personal information, document content, images, videos, recordings, transcripts, or usage history through the app. Data is not sold to third parties.
3. When a network connection may be used
- StoreKit communicates with Apple for Pro product information, purchases, and restores.
- Apple may download a selected-language model when recording or transcription is first used.
- If an image or video exists only in iCloud Photos, the system Photos picker may retrieve it from Apple’s service. The developer does not receive that network traffic.
- Markdown Preview does not load web images or video thumbnails automatically, and it does not embed web videos such as YouTube in the app. When you explicitly open a link, Note.md switches to an external app such as YouTube or to Safari, which then contacts the destination.
- If you send a support email, your email provider and the developer receive what you choose to send. The app does not send it automatically.
Apple and destination websites process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Permissions
- Microphone: used for recording.
- Speech recognition: used for transcription on supported systems.
- Files: used to open and save documents or folders you choose.
- Photos picker: used to import only the images and videos you explicitly select. Note.md does not request access to the full Photo Library.
Declining a permission does not prevent use of features that do not require it. Permissions can be changed in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
5. Retention and deletion
On-device app data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Documents and adjacent <document name>-assets folders saved in Files may remain after uninstalling and must be deleted separately in Files. Back up important documents together with their assets folders to a location you control.
6. Children’s privacy
Note.md does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be described on this page or in app update information.
